MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the market studies and business forecast on new parking projects.
2) Prepare analysis of daily revenue and various statistical as and when required.
3) Prepare Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) for new projects.
4) Prepare working paper, reply letter to any feedback received from government agency, ministry and others.
5) Prepare Monthly Departmental Report and statistic on revenue of KTMB (Car Park) Sdn. Bhd. services.
6) Assist and participate in any events and marketing programs.
7) Attend internal or external meeting for department to any of the related task when needed.

1) Age above 30 years old.
2) Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing.
3) Minimum three (3) years of working experience in managerial level.
4) Must be able to communicate well at all levels and demonstrate a strong business development focus.
5) Independent, resourceful and outgoing with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6) Good report writing both in English and Bahasa Melayu.
7) Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).
