FUEL AND ENERGY MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
  • Contract negotiations with contractor regarding sustainability, fuel/energy conservation.
  • Provide technical and practical advice on fuel/energy efficiency.
  • Ensuring accurate records are maintained and fuel/energy monitoring data is collected regularly.
  • Carrying out site inspections regarding fuel/energy activities.
  • Benchmarking fuel/energy consumptions against best practice guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze energy consumption and conduct jobsite observation.
  • Review or negotiate fuel/energy purchase agreements.
  • Conduct fuel/energy audits and maintain proper accounts and records.
  • Manage the development, design, or construction of energy conservation projects to ensure acceptability of budgets and time lines, conformance to        federal and state laws, or adherence to approved specifications.
  • Liaise with all Depot Managers, other department and other relevant agencies regarding day to day activities.
  • Maintain proper records and accounts in various processes.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager
Requirements :
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other related fields (at least 3 years experience in energy/fuel field)
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
  • Working knowledge of PC software and applications
  • Willing to work extra hours.
