MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the market studies and  business forecast  for passengers demand on new projects
• Prepare analysis of daily revenue , ridership and various statistical as and when required,
• Prepare Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) for new projects
• Prepare press release, working paper, Discretionary Authority Limits  approval paper, reply  letter to any feedback received from government agency, ministry and others.
• Prepare Monthly Departmental Report and Balanced Score Card for Head of Department and statistic on revenue and ridership of KTMB services
• Assist and participate in any events and marketing programs
• Attend internal or external meeting for department to any of the related task when needed

 Requirements: 

• Possess  a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing OR; 
• Minimum  three (3) years of working experience in Job Grade N04G06 (for internal candidates)
• Minimum  two (2) years of working experience in managerial level (for external candidate)
• Must be able to communicate well at all levels and demonstrate a strong business development focus
• Independent, resourceful and outgoing with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good report writing both  in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power point)

• To adopt modern and best practices in training methodology and deliverables as applied in Universities
• To oversee the library facilities management

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Organisational Development/ Human Resource/ Management or relevant human capital background
• At least 5 years experience in Training, Curriculum and Assessment
• Must be computer literate
• Computer-based modular systems understanding
• Be conversant in English both spoken and written

Brighton dua kali bangkit dari ketinggalan untuk mengutip satu sama apabila cuma mampu seri 2-2 ketika menentang Millwall di Stadium Amex, awal pagi tadi, dan mengekalkan rekod tanpa kalah dalam tahun 2012.

"The Seagull' mengalami kesukaran untuk mengekalkan permainan secara hantaran berpasukan seperti perlawanan terdahulu, tetapi  mujur Sam Vokes, dengan gol pertamanya bersama Brighton dan Kazenga LuaLua yang menjaringkan gol pertamanya musim ini menyelamatkan Brighton dari mengalami kekalahan.

Pengurus Brighton Gus Poyet membuat tiga perubahan pemain yang menewaskan Leeds United pada Sabtu lepas, dengan Craig Mackail-Smith, Lewis Dunk dan Inigo Calderon kembali ke dalam kesebelasan utama.

Mackail-Smith mengambil tempat Will Buckley, yang masih belum sembuh dari kecederaan. Dunk pula mengambil tempat Adam El-Abd - yang cuma disenaraikan sebagai pemain simpanan - manakala Calderon memulakan permainan di posisi pertahanan kanan. Gonzalo Jara Reyes digerakkan ke bahagian tengah dengan Kazenga LuaLua juga diletakkan sebagai pemain simpanan.

Millwall memulakan jaringan pada minit ke-23 menerusi Andrew Keogh tetapi dapat disamakan oleh Sam Vokes pada minit ke-52. Gol pada minit ke-64 oleh Liam Feeney membolehkan Millwall sekali mendahului tetapi gol penyamaan di minit ke-88 oleh Kazenga LuaLua membuktikan bahawa pasukan Brighton bukanlah sebuah pasukan yang mudah berputus asa.

Secara keseluruhannya perlawanan ini adalah tidak menarik dan agak menghampakan bagi sejumlah 19,503 orang penonton. Ini kerana penyudah yang kurang baik telah ditunjukkan oleh pemain kedua-dua pasukan. Seramai 2,357 penyokong setia pasukan Millwall juga hadir memberikan sokongan kepada pasukan mereka.

Keputusan seri ini telah memberikan Brighton mata yang ke-49 daripada 31 perlawanan dan menghuni tangga kesembilan liga,  turun satu anak tangga dari minggu lepas. West Ham United (57 mata) kekal sebagai pendahulu liga, diikuti Southampton (56 mata) dan Cardiff City (53 mata).

Perlawanan seterusnya adalah menentang Liverpool di Anfield pada saingan Pusingan Kelima Piala FA England pada hari Ahad, 19 Februari 2012 dan dalam Liga Kejuaraan pula menentang Hull City di Kingston Communications Stadium (KC Stadium), Hull pada hari Rabu, 22 Februari 2012.
