SENIOR MANAGER TRAINING MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Application are invited
from suitable qualified candidates to apply and fill the following
vacancy in KTM Berhad.
Responsibilities
- Assists to establish training effectiveness measurement that support the accomplishment of KTMB’s staff skills and competency
- Oversee the planning, co-ordination and implementation of overall training activities both local and overseas
- Plan and implement structured Training Needs Analysis for the accomplishment of KTMB’s strategic goals
- Perform monthly reporting of the status of Training planned vs actual with full justifications
- Review all current courses to ensure practicality whilst meeting the user’s operating needs
- Design new and the development KTMB annual training calendar
- Perform regular curriculum assessment and evaluations to ensure the relevancy and incorporate future enhancement
- Implement modern structured standard training deliverables by in-house trainers
- To review training modules, simplify and to incorporate modern technology in training methodology by way of video-based and e-learning
- Oversee the development and implementation of NOSS
- Initiate collaboration on technical and management with colleges/ universities for short-term or long-term education program
- Create an a learning environment for staff to attain academic graduate and post- graduate qualification
- Be consistently aware on the changes in training needs and development policies in Malaysia
- To adopt modern and best practices in training methodology and deliverables as applied in Universities
- To oversee the library facilities management
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Organisational Development/ Human Resource/ Management or relevant human capital background
- At least 5 years experience in Training, Curriculum and Assessment
- Must be computer literate
- Computer-based modular systems understanding
- Be conversant in English both spoken and written
