CORPORATE PLANNING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, analyze, simulate, formulate and improvise the company’s corporate strategy
• Prepare Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)/Project Appraisals for company projects/business analysis
• Prepare train costing analysis i.e. profitability of each trains, costing on train delay and charge out rate to third party
• Review and analyze monthly segmental accounts by Strategic Business Units
• Review, monitoring and updating KTMB database
• Coordinate the weekly Management Committee meeting, prepare minutes of meeting, monitoring and follow up action taken by the Management
• Review and monitor the company Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Prepare monthly performance report of the company to stakeholders
• Assist the Head of Unit in monitoring special projects
• General liaison and coordination i.e. statistics, correspondences, inputs for stakeholders and with internal and external parties

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Accountancy/Economy/Finance/Business Administration  from recognized institution
• Below 30 years of age
• Minimum  two (2) years working experience
• Able to work long hours and during weekend to meet deadline/target
• Good written and oral communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia  with an ability to interact with all level within the company;
• Good report writing both  in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proactive, tactful and highly independent with minimum supervision
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power point)
