MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE

 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the front end, overseeing the frontline service to the customers
• Must communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others, understand material and provide instructions to all employees
• Help solve problems that affect the service, efficiency and productivity of the front end
• Must be able to manage the front end operations effectively
• Come up with system to monitor customer satisfaction index
• Ability to develop and train workforce, build  relationship, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately
• To respond to all customer complaint and service queries through phone, email and customer service response (CSR)
• To come up with fair and consistent SOP as to apply to work force.

 Requirements: 

• Possess  a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Mass Communication/Public Relations or any related field, OR; 
• Minimum  three (3) years of working experience in Job Grade N04AG06
• Minimum  two (2) years of working experience in managerial level (for external candidate)
• Able to work independently, self motivate, problem solving skill and a team player
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and interact with people at all levels
• Good communication skill in written and spoken  in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power point)
