SENIOR MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT(for Corporate Services Department) )

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the railway and non-railway business for domestic and international level.
• Lead, develop and execute growth plan to meet/exceed business goals and to provide business forecasting, marketing plan and activities.
• Lead and provide direction to all business units on the railway and non-railway business.
• Coordinate with business units to bring and align product group strategy and ensuring that marketing and sales tools and materials necessary to achieve knowledge competency and sales pursuit are provided.
• Make recommendations on product strategies based on customer requirements.
• Work with the team/ business units to identify specific opportunities, future product needs and to prioritize and feedback market requirements.
• Create Application and Industry based differentiation messaging and value propositions for Product, Service and Solutions.

Requirements:

• Possess MBA or similar Business Degree is a must. Candidate with a Transport Degree would be an advantage but not essential.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience working in Malaysia and at international level in a transport environment.
• Strong transport industry knowledge.
• Results-oriented with strong business acumen, leadership, organizational and planning skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to work in an international environment.
• Proven Project Management experience.
• Excellent computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office and Power Point).
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver timely results.
• Ability to handle conflict and work under pressure.
