SENIOR MANAGER FINANCE-FINANCIAL REPORTING

Responsibilities
- To perform analysis on financial statements and responsible for the timely, accurate and relevant management reports;
- Responsible in producing FRS compliant statutory financial statements on a timely manner and liaison with the external auditor, government and related statutory bodies ;
- Responsible in implementing improvement in processes and internal controls of the Company to ensure compliance with accounting and financial policies, related laws and regulations;
- Assisting the top management in monitoring the financial performance of the subsidiaries and associates;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager Finance and Senior Vice President from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a recognized Degree in Accounting or equivalent;
- At least 5 years working experience in the related field
including performing corporate taxation computation, preparation of
consolidated accounts and monitoring monthly closing of the accounts ;
- Strong MS Office applications skills especially Excel, Words and Power Point; working experience in a computerized computer environment is a must;
- Knowledge or working experience on ORACLE Applications i.e. ERP would be an added advantage;
- Strong written and oral communication skill with an ability to interact with all levels within the company.
